Terms of service

These terms apply to this website and to requests made through it. Waunakey Auto Spa (“we”, “us”) is a detailing business based in Waunakee, Wisconsin, providing mobile detailing at the customer’s location. The business that operates Waunakey Auto Spa is named at the bottom of this page.
Requests and appointments
Sending the request form does not book an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when we reply to confirm it. We check your vehicle in with you and give you a written estimate; work starts once you approve it. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please tell us as early as you can.
Information on this website
Service descriptions on this website are general. The work we agree to do for your vehicle is the work described in your approved estimate or work order.
Pickup and delivery
Pickup and delivery are arranged only under a separate written authorization that you sign before we move your vehicle. That authorization sets out the details for your vehicle.
The loaner vehicle
A loaner, when available, is provided only under a separate loaner agreement that you sign before you drive it. That agreement, not this website, sets the conditions for its use.
Mobile detailing at your location
For mobile work, you confirm that we may work on the vehicle at the address you give us, and tell us about anything that affects the work there. We agree the details with you before the appointment.
Repair-type work and accessory installation
If any work we agree to do is repair-type work under Wisconsin’s motor vehicle repair rules (Wis. Admin. Code ch. ATCP 132), including the installation of accessories, it will be done under a written estimate and work order as those rules require, and you will be asked to authorize it before it begins.
Garage consultations
A garage consultation is advice only. It does not include installation or construction work.
Accessory recommendations and affiliate links
We may recommend accessories and link to them on other websites. Some links may be affiliate links: we may earn a commission when you buy through these links. We only recommend products we use or would install. Purchases from other websites are between you and that seller, under that seller’s terms.
Using this website
Please do not misuse the request form, for example by sending automated or abusive submissions. The text, design and graphics on this website belong to Waunakey Auto Spa or its licensors.
